Our clients are primarily located in our Issaquah campuses and on the Eastside (Issaquah, Redmond, Sammamish).

If you have experience working with children or working with disabled children, you may qualify for our training program. 

If you are already an experienced CBT or RBT, Academy offers extensive supervision. You will see your BCBA weekly at a minimum – most weeks you will see your BCBAs multiple times! You will have all the supplies you need, including iPads and curriculum, reinforcers and a beautiful workspace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by board-certified Behavior Analysts

  • Provide services to Eastside clients only with limited driving and clients scheduled back-to-back

  • Teach and help promote functional language, behavioral, social and daily living skills in a fun, playful setting

  • Provide functional ABA support to caregivers and teachers in the child’s environment

  • Record and collect real-time data and submit case notes for each session

  • Communicate with team members in a timely and collaborative manner


Required Qualifications:

  • CBT or RBT license (or participate in our Orchid Academy training program)

  • Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Experience using Central Reach is helpful

  • Must be energetic, outgoing

  • Must be organized, respectful, professional, reliable

  • Must be flexible, willing to learn and welcome feedback

  • Must be able to follow through, complete tasks and ask questions

  • Able to understand and implement programming as designed by supervisors

  • Able to work well independently has a problem solver and know when to call in the team for help (or offer your help to other team members)

  • Available for consistent work hours between 9am-6pm or 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri, Mon/Wed/Fri only or Tue/Thur only
